So I’ve been wasting my time making really awful shoops of some My Immortal crap, and I’ve decided to share it with you guys.

Here we go:

Suddenly someone bumped into me. All the blood spilled over my top. “Bastard!” I shouted angrily. I regretted saying it when I looked up cause I was looking into the pale white face of a gothic boy with spiky black hair with red streaks in it. He was wearing so much eyeliner that I was going down his face and he was wearing black lipstick. He didn’t have glasses anymore and now he was wearing red contact lenses just like Draco’s and there was no scar on his forhead anymore. He had a manly stubble on his chin. He had a sexy English accent. He looked exactly like Joel Madden.

Yes. He looks exactly like Joel Madden.

My friend B’loody Mary Smith smiled at me understatedly. She flipped her long waste-length gothic black hair and opened her crimson eyes like blood that she was wearing contact lenses on. She had pale white skin that she was wearing white makeup on.

TBH, I got really lazy with this and did not finish it. Lol, their hair… it’s completely unshaded :/ Oh well.

I’m getting a better feel for colouring. I’m still not great at it, but IDGAF.

I started drawing this earlier and was playing around with the opacity, and for some retarded reason did not realise that this would change how the background would turn out. So they both had semi-transparent skin. Then to save the final copy, I had to merge all of the layers together, add a separate layer and scribble over everything that was supposed to be solid, then add the background… orz;;;;

This is what I do when we are flooded in.

I’m still working on colouring, and now anatomy as well. This is the first time I’ve ever seriously attempted to colour hair before… or eyes, for that matter. Overall, I suppose I’m pleased with how it came out.

I’m still somewhat shaky with a graphics tablet, but I think I’m getting better. My lines are still sketchy, but at least there’s not a bajillion of them, now.

inb4 OMG SHE IS NEKKID. I could not be bothered drawing clothes. Drawing two nipples and a few lines for lady-parts is a lot easier.

First time colouring or drawing with relatively clear, thick lines. Feels weird, man.

This was mainly to practice colour. I had a lot of fun with the colour mixer in Photoshop :D

In case you can’t tell, it’s *supposed* to be Mello and Near, but Mello’s hair turned this weird vomit colour that I couldn’t be bothered changing, and Near is painfully moe XD;;;; Mello looks a little horrified, while Near seems… imploring? IDK. And they’re not wearing shirts! …mostly because I’m a lazy and I wanted to try to shade their skin. With all of these things, the situation as a whole could be… maybe someone walked in on some sexing? (Ew, Roger ;_;) Again, IDK XD;

I’m not sure why, but I’ve been reading and writing almost non-stop for the past few hours… Here’s a little somethin’-somethin’ I’ve been working on.

L refuses to acknowledge the almost-uncomfortable, clenching feeling that grows in his gut whenever he happens to glance out of the corner of his eyes, and trace the clench and unclench and clench and unclench of the boy’s jaw with his probing gaze, wishing it could be as analytical as he feigned. He licks his suddenly sticky-sweet lips, a recently developed sign of anxiety that only Watari would notice, and follows the subtle movements until he feels sick.

It’s become a habit that L almost feels safe in - safe in the sense of disgust that seems to be rotting away at his insides - because all this will ever be is long, lingering glances stolen when no one else is looking. It’s just a routine.

Except today it’s different, because Light has never leaned over him to reach for something across the table; and L has never had to tense his bony shoulders, almost dropping his piece of candy but managing to catch it between his fingertips at the very last moment. His proverbial hackles rise while Light is taking his sweet time flipping through a stack of papers.

And then- And then the boy makes a small noise to himself that no one is supposed to hear - a sigh-murmur-groan - and a small tremor runs up and down L’s spine and he feels in equal parts nauseated and horribly, painfully attracted to this superficially beautiful person and he wants-

“Oh, sorry, Ryuuzaki,” Light says nonchalantly as he sits down again, apparently ignorant to L’s unease.

God, if only he knew.
